From the date of purchase and for one year there after we guarantee to repair or replace any item found defective in workmanship under normal use and maintenance, excluding damage from misuse or abuse. We guarantee for the copper cookware the tin linings of our copper cookware for 1 year under normal use and maintenance (see FAQ’s for details on proper cleaning and maintenance). For the KitchenAid Copper Bowls we also warranty the bowls for ONE year to repair or replace any bowl found defective in workmanship under normal use and maintenance, excluding damage from misuse or abuse. For the SS lined copper cookware we also warranty to repair or replace any item found defective in workmanship under normal use and maintenance, excluding damage from misuse or abuse.
Cancellations may be made within 24 hours of placing your order by contacting us via e-mail or fax (24 hours a day) or by phone (8:30 am to 4:30 pm PST Monday through Friday). Shipping fees and any credit card fees if applicable will be charged back to client for all three types of products listed on our website.
Special orders and custom-made merchandise cannot be cancelled once your order has been placed.
If you wish to return your purchase, we will accept the merchandise for a 25% restocking fee, under the following conditions:
- It is in new condition, free from any use, marks or damage
- It is returned in the original packaging, unused
- French Copper Studio must be contacted for an authorization reference number prior to its return.
- It is returned at your expense
- It is returned to our office within 14 days of delivery
Used and special order merchandise WILL NOT be accepted for return unless covered by our warranty (IE: manufacturing defect is found).
If your order is incomplete, incorrect, or damaged, please contact our office immediately and we will make arrangements to ensure that the problem is dealt with as quickly and efficiently as possible.
