Placing Your Order:
The easiest way to order is through secure on-line system simply by adding items to your shopping cart, entering your address and shipping options, then entering your credit card information. We also accept orders by phone, email or fax as well. Our telephone hours are 8:30 am to 5:30 pm PST Monday through Friday.


Changing Your Order:
We pride ourselves on quick order-processing,so please check your order over carefully before it is placed.

If you need to add items to your order or make other changes and you contact us (by e-mail, phone, or fax) within 24 hours of submitting your order, we’ll do our best and will let you know if we’ve been successful in making the changes.


Payment Methods:
You can pay for your order by Visa, MasterCard, check, or money order (sorry, no COD’s). If you are not comfortable ordering on our secure on-line order system, you can fax a copy of your order with the required credit card information and signature (be sure to add the expiry date and 3 digit code), or you can mail a copy of your order to us with a check drawn on a U.S. or Canadian Bank. We also accept international postal money orders.

In Canada you can phone in your order and pay in Canadian dollars by following the credit card information below!
If you pay by credit card your credit card will be billed at the time your order is processed for in-stock items and special orders, and at the time of shipping for back-ordered items. Note: If you pay by check, your order will be processed and shipped after your check has cleared your bank. This takes approximately 10 days. If you pay by postal money order your order will be processed immediately upon receipt of the money order.




Shipping Charges
All orders will be shipped within Canada and the United States via UPS or Purolator Ground services. Each order will be subject to the following standard fees:



Shipments to Canada (not including North West Territories that will be billed actual costs) via UPS Standard ground will be charged a flat rate of $15.00 on orders up to $500.00 and $20,00 on orders up to $1,000.00. All orders over $2,500.00 have FREE standard UPS freight shipping. But, remember generally "NO BROKERAGE or DUTY FEES" when buying from French Copper Studio.



All orders shipped within the contiguous 48 states via UPS Ground Service (not including Alaska or Hawaii) will be charged a flat rate of $15.00 on orders up to $499.99, $20.00 on orders over $500.00, $25.00 on orders over $1,000.00, $30.00 on orders over $2,000 and FREE on orders over $3,000 within continental USA (not including NWT etc or Alaska).

Standard UPS shipping will be delivered within 5 working days. Expedited service will be charged at the actual rate. Tax fees are the responsibility of the recipient and BROKERAGE fees and DUTIES fees are FREE with French Copper Studio.



For Expedited orders, you will be billed for the actual shipping charges with no other markups.



For large orders, please inquire about custom freight, air or ocean shipment charges.




Delivery Times
Orders being shipped within the United States or Canada via UPS ground service will normally arrive within 7 to 10 working days. Expedited orders normally arrive within 3 to 4 working days.


Customs Clearance
Tax fees are the responsibility of the recipient. In Canada, GST will be charged on all packages and PST will only be added in BC. All other provence shipments will be responsible for paying their own PST. Orders will be shipped in a single package whenever possible to reduce shipping fees internationally.


Tracking Your Order
You will receive a delivery notification by email or fax with tracking numbers once your order has been shipped. If your package is returned to us because you provided an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be charged for both the original and redirected shipping costs, so Please double check that you’ve provided the correct address complete with suite or apartment number, phone number and zip or postal code when submitting your order to the French Copper Studio.






Warranty
From the date of purchase and for one year there after we guarantee to repair or replace any item found defective in workmanship under normal use and maintenance, excluding damage from misuse or abuse. We guarantee the tin linings of our copper cookware for 1 year under normal use and maintenance (see FAQ’s for details on proper cleaning and maintenance).




Cancellation
Cancellations may be made within 24 hours of placing your order by contacting us via e-mail or fax (24 hours a day) or by phone (8:30 am to 4:30 pm PST Monday through Friday). Shipping fees and any credit card fees if applicable will be charged back to client.

Special orders and custom-made merchandise cannot be cancelled once your order has been placed.


Return Privileges
If you wish to return your purchase, we will accept the merchandise for a 25% restocking fee, under the following conditions:
- It is in new condition, free from any use, marks or damage
- It is returned in the original packaging, unused
- French Copper Studio must be contacted for an authorization reference number prior to its return.
- It is returned at your expense
- It is returned to our office within 14 days of delivery
Used and special order merchandise WILL NOT be accepted for return unless covered by our warranty (IE: manufacturing defect is found).


Service Guarantees
If your order is incomplete, incorrect, or damaged, please contact our office immediately and we will make arrangements to ensure that the problem is dealt with as quickly and efficiently as possible.
